Co-Collaborate was founded by Tara Saunders, an experienced and award winning member of the video game industry, currently serving on BAFTA’s Board of Trustees.

With close to 25 years industry experience, Tara has significantly impacted the gaming world through her work with PlayStation, where she contributed to numerous blockbuster titles and held key roles in game art & animation, operations, and studio leadership. She left her role as Studio Head of PlayStation London Studio in 2024.

Tara believes that diverse teams bring a wealth of perspectives and ideas that lead to stronger, more dynamic creative projects. Due to this she is an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the industry, and supports initiatives that create more opportunities for underrepresented groups. She is currently training to be certified as a professional coach and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.

As Chair of the BAFTA Games Committee, she continues to shape the industry, recognizing and celebrating excellence in game development. Tara’s career reflects her dedication, creativity, and influential leadership in the creative sector.
